Please be advised that to provide the widest selection of products, duty-free, our products are factory-ordered from our manufacturers across Canada and the U.S.A. Lead time averages 6-10 business days, and overnight Shipping is unavailable.
Shipping:
Orders over $125 after discounts and before tax qualify for free Shipping.
Canada-wide flat rate shipping is $12.99 +tax.
U.S.A. shipping is calculated at checkout.
It is your responsibility to provide the correct address and to either be home when the package is due to be delivered or to pick it up from the courier location. If a package is returned to us, you must pay new shipping charges before the package can be shipped back out. We will not be able to refund the original shipping cost. If free Shipping was provided, a $12.99 + tax fee must be paid for re-shipment. If a refund is required, then $12.99 + tax will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Returns and Exchanges:
*FINAL SALE items cannot be returned for any reason.
Disposable items, caps, masks, socks, or any items marked *FINAL SALE, worn, washed, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. If returned to us, these items will be held until a new flat rate shipping fee of $12.99 + tax is paid.
Exchanges and returns must be initiated within 30 days of your parcel being marked delivered by the carrier.
To Exchange: You may return the items at your cost using a carrier of your choice. We will pay the shipping cost to send your replacement items. Alternatively, you may purchase a flat-rate shipping label from us for $15.99+ tax.
To Return: When returning for a refund or credit, you are responsible for returning the items to our office with the carrier of your choice. For your protection, we recommend using a carrier that can provide proof of delivery, insurance, and traceability services in case of loss or damage.

No handling or restocking fees are deducted from refunds.

For Our USA Customers
You must use US Mail. Please ask for "STANDARD SURFACE MAIL" it is the lowest cost, and other shipping options charge brokerage fees. US Mail does not. Please use Standard Post Surface Mail. Please do not declare a value for the package. You are only returning and not selling. Therefore no value should be applied. It is very important that you make clear to the post office that you are returning items and they have no value. Otherwise, duty charges will be applied.
